Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Blue Shark Business ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 18 years old
• You are responsible for all account activity
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access

Subscription Plans & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. All plans include a 30-day free trial for up to 10 listings. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your billing period.

Business Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of all listing information. Blue Shark Business reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies or contain misleading information.

Limitation of Liability

Blue Shark Business acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction and make no guarantees about the accuracy of listings or the outcome of negotiations.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
